Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe Supply Chain Specialist plays a critical role in driving supply chain performance across planning, execution, and strategic initiatives. This role operates across multiple areas of the supply chain-including inventory management, supply planning, product lifecycle transitions, and process improvement-depending on business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

- Clearly communicates issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and drives operational efficiencies
- Takes ownership of assigned workstreams and ensures timely execution of deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with large datasets (Excel required; Power BI, SQL, or similar tools preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum Qualifications- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
Base Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $107,100.00 Annually
