Job Description/Preferred QualificationsAs an NPI Sourcing Manager, you will be at the forefront of bringing KLA's most advanced, next-generation technologies to life. You will lead technical sourcing strategy and supplier partnerships for breakthrough products-playing a critical role in shaping the future of semiconductor innovation.
Leveraging your strong technical acumen, you will orchestrate the sourcing of complex components, subsystems, and full systems, while collaborating across cross functional teams. Your ability to connect people, technology, and suppliers will directly influence the successful delivery of high-impact programs across KLA.

Champion a forward-looking sourcing strategy that accelerates new technology introduction and strengthens KLA's competitive edge. - Lead Cross-Functional Execution
Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, legal, supply chain and other cross functional teams to ensure seamless program execution from concept through volume production. - Shape Supplier Ecosystems Early
Engage key suppliers early in the product lifecycle-leading development of sourcing packages (NDAs, Development Agreements, RFQs, SOWs, Purchase Agreements) and ensuring supplier readiness during and after development. - Own Cost, Quality & Delivery Outcomes
Take full ownership of NPI cost targets-proactively identifying risks, driving mitigation strategies, and ensuring alignment with quality, delivery, and technology goals. - Influence and Negotiate with Impact
Build strong supplier relationships and lead negotiations with confidence-balancing cost optimization with innovation, quality, and speed. - Accelerate Time-to-Market
Ensure compliance with PLC phase exit requirements while maintaining a relentless focus on execution excellence and supplier manufacturing readiness. - Align to Category Strategies
Collaborate with category managers to align sourcing activities with broader commodity strategies-leveraging business scale and enabling early supplier engagement.
What You Bring- A technical foundation (BS in Engineering or equivalent technical experience) with the ability to engage deeply on complex systems and components
- Strong track record in NPI, sourcing strategy, and project management
- Experience bridging engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
- Demonstrated ability to influence suppliers, negotiate effectively, and drive results under pressure
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (15-20%) to engage with global suppliers and teams
- Proven experience in the semiconductor or capital equipment industry is a plus

Minimum Qualifications- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
Base Pay Range: $129,700.00 - $220,500.00 Annually
