Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel for data manipulation and visualization.
• Experience in building dashboards or reporting tools for business insights.
• Understanding of transportation concepts, including pricing and operational challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in sales, procurement, product, and operations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored warehousing and distribution plans for E-commerce sellers like TikTok and Amazon.
• Design workflows for handling small and oversized items or hazardous materials.
• Calculate Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and payback periods for new warehouse setups.
• Optimize last-mile pricing strategies under platform-mandated labels.
• Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for OS&D and compliance with HazMat regulations.
• Identify and analyze client pain points for cross-border and local US clientele.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and evaluate overseas warehouse capabilities.
