Job title: Supply Chain Product Planner
Location: Framingham, MA / Cambridge, MA / Morristown, NJ
The Supply Chain Product Planner is responsible for End-to-End Supply Chain planning for a set of rare disease products along 0-to-3 years horizon, covering both IBP and S&OE horizons. He/she ensures that markets demand is covered by available supply, in order to provide timely, high-quality and cost-effective supply of our medicines to our patients.
Main Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Execution: Ensures product balancing between demand & supply and gap remediation across both 0-3 months (S&OE) and 4-36 months.
- (IBP) horizons; responsible for net demand propagation, validation and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
- Master Data & Planning Parameters: Responsible for creation and continuous accuracy of product related master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis, ensuring alignment with End-to-End Product Leader's strategy/segmentation guidelines.
- Sole accountable for the master data values owned and to be entered in workflows, according to site Master Data governance;
- Documenting the way and potential calculation to determine Master Data Values they own;
- Contributes to Master Data CI loop in coordination with Master Data Stewards and the Data & Process Manager (sites) and SC Centers of Excellence;
- Adhere to the governance of meetings established in playbooks of reference to ensure regular revision of MD values;
- Responsible for ensuring that the value of the Master Data they own comply with the business rules featured in the M&S Master Data Playbook, and are reviewed when the triggers specified in the M&S Master Data Playbook occur.
- IBP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) cycles: Contributes to the standard End-to-End Planning & Execution decision loop in collaboration with key stakeholders (Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance ...).
- Product Strategy Support: Assists in product-driven strategic and budget planning, provide data-driven insights for long-term decisions, and incorporates strategic changes into planning systems.
About YouBasic Qualifications:- Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (Demand planning, Supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or any related fields.
- Strong background in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record of building plannings and aligning stakeholders, driving decision making.
- Proficient with advanced planning system (i.e. Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai or others).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions process.
- Successful experience and demonstrated ability and successful experience working in matrix environments (cross Functional and multi global location stakeholders' management).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations management, logitics, or related fields.
- Advanced understanding and experience with the Integrated Business Planning and Sales & Operations Execution processes.
- APICS certification is an asset.
- Experience of working with Financials and Budgeting

The salary range for this position is:
$105.000,00 - $151.666,66
