Northrop Grumman Propulsion Systems is seeking to hire multiple Supply Chain MRP Analysts - Level 3 to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. These positions will be located near two Utah sites, Clearfield and Magna. The roles will support all of Propulsion Systems MRP, demand, and scheduling systems and report through the demand planning organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing solutions to a variety of complex MRP and demand problems, must be able to perform research and determine the best option from a variety of options without manager guidance
  • Work with peers and business partners to identify workflows or processes to establish standards that improve program cost and efficiency.
  • Set standards for business processes and then train, coach, and gatekeep those standards across functions and programs
  • Evaluate and determine best fit of tools and techniques for data mapping, data mining, data transformation, and data integration
  • Execute through contracts the sales order line entries to ensure proper demand and configuration
  • Act as an MRP SME, point of contact, and key resource for many functional groups


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience related to data management and analysis or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience related to data management and analysis
  • An additional 9+ years of direct MRP management or data management experience in a complex production environment can be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and experience in implementations and execution of countermeasures
  • SME in Excel and can produce technical reports quickly
  • Basic competency in project management skills
  • Strong ability to research, define, and document processes
  • Ability to prioritize and execute key metrics
  • Must be an MRP expert and understand how processes flow, affect one another, and influence costs
  • Must be able to learn and consume a large amount of data quickly


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Costpoint or SAP SME
  • Familiarity with SyncChrono scheduling tool
  • Understanding of MES systems
  • VBA and PowerBI creation experience
  • Project management experience leveraging individuals across multiple different organizations
  • Confident, public speaking presence
  • Ability to create cross functional teams and drive performance execution as an indirect team leader
  • Familiar with DoD and EVM


This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $108,200.00 - $162,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
