Machine Deployment & Launch Execution
  • Own the physical execution of Automated Retail machine deployments from warehouse staging through delivery and installation.
  • Translate approved locations and launch plans into executable logistics and deployment plans.
  • Coordinate machine staging, transportation, delivery appointments, site access, installers, and required equipment.
  • Ensure machines, accessories, payment devices, connectivity equipment, inventory, and other required materials are available ahead of launch.
  • Maintain serialized asset visibility and accurate machine records throughout the deployment process.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, installers, Field Operations, Technology, and other partners to execute scheduled launches.
  • Resolve transportation, equipment, scheduling, installation, and logistics issues that could delay launch.
