Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead the plant's Supply Chain functions, including planning, scheduling, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and materials management. You will ensure service targets are achieved while optimizing inventory levels, logistics costs, and operational efficiency. You will partner with suppliers, operations, customer service, logistics, and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement and support plant performance.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities- Lead planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, shipping, receiving, and materials management activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Serve as the primary supply chain liaison with strategic suppliers and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with plant operations to optimize production cycles, inventory levels, and working capital.
- Manage supplier and plant performance metrics, scorecards, and key performance indicators.
- Lead demand planning activities related to product launches, transitions, and business changes.
- Conduct supply chain business reviews with internal and external partners.
- Support annual planning, budgeting, capacity planning, and staffing processes.
- Develop, mentor, and coach supply chain team members and leaders.
- Participate as a member of the plant leadership team in support of overall plant goals.
Ingredients Required for Your Success- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is required; Master's Degree is preferred
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, planning, customer service, or related areas.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with SAP and materials management systems; warehouse management systems experience preferred.
- Experience managing key performance indicators and driving operational improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
- APICS certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Compensation Annual Base Salary: $109,000.00 - $155,000.00
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
