Full Job Description
Responsibilities

  • Conduct supply chain illumination and risk assessments supporting Government mission requirements.
  • Assess system and component criticality, identify critical suppliers, and evaluate supply chain vulnerabilities.
  • Develop recommendations to mitigate supply chain risks affecting defense technologies and operational capabilities.
  • Evaluate foreign ownership, control, influence (FOCI), and other potential risks associated with acquisition and procurement efforts.
  • Research emerging commercial technologies and assess their potential impact on Government capabilities.
  • Apply intelligence methodologies to analyze complex technical, operational, and strategic issues.
  • Integrate information from multiple intelligence disciplines into comprehensive analytical products.
  • Develop intelligence reports, technical assessments, executive briefings, and risk analyses.
  • Support meetings, technical exchanges, and mission planning activities with Government stakeholders.
  • Perform assigned analytical duties independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

This is a full-time onsite position supporting operations at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The selected candidate must be capable of independently supporting mission requirements while collaborating across multiple organizations in a classified environment.

TRAVEL:

Up to 50% travel may be required to support customer meetings, technical exchanges, operational planning, training events, and other mission requirements. Travel may include both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

CLEARANCE:
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance is required at the time of application.

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Associate degree and three (3) years of relevant experience may be substituted.
  • Six (6) years of specialized experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

CERTIFICATION(S):
  • No certifications are required at the time of hire.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Military Intelligence background with completion of a formal Military Intelligence training program.
  • Experience researching and analyzing intelligence from classified and unclassified sources.
  • Experience developing analytical products, intelligence reports, and executive briefings.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings to technical and operational audiences.
  • Ability to independently conduct research and produce high-quality intelligence products.
  • Strong analytical, research, writing, and briefing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and intelligence analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting collaborative mission requirements.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) regulations and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience conducting supply chain illumination and supplier risk analysis.
  • Experience assessing commercial technologies and emerging technology trends.
  • Familiarity with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) methodologies and tools.
  • Experience supporting Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) or technology assessments.
  • Knowledge of CENTCOM or other Combatant Command intelligence operations.
  • Experience with Palantir, i2 Analyst's Notebook, Maltego, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical platforms.
  • Understanding of corporate ownership structures, financial intelligence, and international business practices.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or other intelligence-related certifications are preferred.
