Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support a large-scale digital transformation program. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, and align business needs with existing and future system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Process Owners.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, order management, and order entry.
• Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Ensure process requirements are clearly aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and process owners.
• Facilitate consensus across business and technology teams.
• Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to leadership stakeholders.
• Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with ERP and enterprise application teams throughout implementation initiatives.
• Develop and validate SQL queries to support requirements analysis and data validation.
• Support target mapping and related data transformation activities.
• Contribute to enterprise-level and end-to-end ERP implementation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Strong subject matter expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Strong experience with order management and order entry processes.
• Strong Supply Chain experience, preferably within manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience documenting requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise-level and end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong SQL query skills.
• Experience with target mapping and data analysis.
• Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
