Job Summary We are seeking a senior SAP functional resource to support Supply Chain and Source-to-Receipt initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP MM, Procure-to-Pay, and supply chain processes, along with experience working directly with business stakeholders and process owners. This role requires an independent professional who can translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP functional initiatives across procurement and supply chain processes. • Partner with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, and process owners to gather and analyze requirements. • Design and support SAP solutions aligned with business and supply chain requirements. • Support and enhance end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. • Support Inventory Management and Warehouse Management capabilities. • Drive process improvement, standardization, and optimization initiatives. • Participate in solution design, functional testing, implementation, and deployment activities. • Work closely with technical teams, architects, and business process owners to deliver SAP solutions. • Support SAP ECC and S/4HANA initiatives. • Support Rise with SAP initiatives and related transformation activities. • Provide functional guidance and leadership for supply chain enhancements and projects. • Translate business requirements into practical SAP functional solutions. • Present solutions, recommendations, and project updates to business and executive stakeholders. • Support end-to-end solution delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Required Qualifications • Strong functional experience with SAP MM and Procurement. • Strong understanding of SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. • Experience with Inventory Management and supply chain processes. • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes. • Experience working with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. • Experience with Rise with SAP initiatives. • Experience in functional design and solution architecture. • Experience working directly with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, and process owners. • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from requirements through implementation. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. • Excellent ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders and present complex functional concepts clearly. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
