Role Purpose
The Supply Chain Execution Lead is accountable for ensuring alignment and performance across the end-to-end supply chain. Partnering closely with the Supply Chain Manager, this role helps ensure supply plans are executed effectively and shipment, supply, and revenue commitments are met. This role ensures alignment of production capacity, material availability, inventory targets, and customer service objectives by integrating production and material planning activities.

This position works cross-functionally with Plant Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Division planning teams to monitor supply status, production progress, material constraints, and shipment readiness. The role also leads efforts across functions to identify, implement, and coordinate solutions to resolve both near- and longer-term supply gaps, while driving follow-up on key issues, supporting the monthly IBP process, facilitating weekly operating reviews, developing KPI and business performance reporting, and aligning teams on priorities, risks, and actions. This role leads project initiatives and process improvements related to supply planning and supply chain optimization. Through these efforts, this role helps identify and implement efficiency gains and strategies to improve end-to-end supply planning across functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Planning
• Lead cross-functional efforts to identify, implement, and coordinate solutions to resolve both near- and longer-term supply gaps.
• Support project initiatives and process improvement efforts focused on supply planning, optimization, reporting, coordination, and execution discipline.

2. Performance Management
• Implement process health metrics and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions where needed.
• Lead successful execution of the Integrated Business Planning process

3. Process and System Optimization
• Partner with regional or global integrated planning teams on execution and projects.
• Partner with Integrated Planning COE for continuous improvement and planning standards adoptions. Lead for the site improvement initiatives across planning systems and processes (ERP, APS tools).
• Promote standardization and best practices in integrated planning, ensuring Corning's integrated planning process standards are adopted and implemented successfully

4. Stakeholder Engagement
• Engage with business unit and site teams on new product introductions and phase-outs to ensure planning readiness.
• Maintain effective communication across the supply chain network, influencing stakeholders to align on planning decisions.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, supply planning, production execution, and order fulfillment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, driving follow-up, resolving supply issues, supporting KPI/business performance reporting, and contributing to planning or process improvement initiatives.
• SME on planning processes, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), inventory management. Advanced planning tools preferred; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and execution discipline.
• Proficiency in planning systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to lead and drive change in a dynamic environment.

The range for this position is $82,207.00 - $113,035.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
