Full Job Description
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Project Analyst to lead and support cross-functional initiatives within ADI's global semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of experience who are passionate about project management and eager to drive improvements in supply chain performance, process efficiency, and operational alignment across complex, high-tech environments. Key Responsibilities Project Management Leadership 3 Plan, coordinate, and execute supply chain projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment 3 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with internal stakeholders 3 Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure successful delivery 3 Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and post-mortem analyses to senior leadership Operational Execution & Support 3 Drive initiatives focused on improving material flow, supplier performance, and production readiness across global fabs and packaging sites 3 Support new product introductions by coordinating supply chain readiness activities and cross-functional alignment 3 Assist in process mapping and documentation to standardize workflows and reduce variability Technology & Data Integration 3 Leverage ERP/planning systems and analytics tools to monitor project KPIs and supply chain metrics 3 Collaborate with IT and data teams to support digital transformation efforts, including system upgrades and automation projects Cross-Functional Collaboration 3 Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure project goals align with operational priorities 3 Support S&OP and integrated business planning processes by providing timely project insights and scenario planning inputs 3 Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure supply chain processes meet technical and compliance requirements Qualifications 3 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field 3 1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment 3 Strong project management skills, including familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches 3 Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau) 3 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities Preferred Skills 3 Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar 3 Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing processes or fab operations 3 Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization 3 Basic understanding of inventory management, demand management, capacity planning, New Product Introductions, and supplier coordination For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Job Req Type: Graduate Job Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $68,790 to $94,605. 3 Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. 3 This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors. 3 This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
