Job Description:
Supplier quality engineers' performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The engineers will lead investigations into supplier related non-conformances, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and ensure robust execution of first article inspections and part approval processes.
The position will play a critical role in improving incoming material quality and reducing issues identified during production.
Candidates will collaborate cross functionally to implement process improvements and enhance supplier accountability. This is a hands on role requiring ownership of quality issues and resolution at scale.
Required Skills:
