Full Job Description
Job Description:
  • Supplier quality engineers' performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • The engineers will lead investigations into supplier related non-conformances, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and ensure robust execution of first article inspections and part approval processes.
  • The position will play a critical role in improving incoming material quality and reducing issues identified during production.
  • Candidates will collaborate cross functionally to implement process improvements and enhance supplier accountability. This is a hands on role requiring ownership of quality issues and resolution at scale.

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in supplier quality engineering, including CAPA ownership and root cause analysis.
  • Experience managing and closing non-conformance reports (NCRs) in a manufacturing setting.
  • Background working with electromechanical components and supplier quality processes.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience improving supplier selection and qualification processes.
  • Familiarity with incoming inspection control and material quality validation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements across supplier networks.
