Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Quality, Electrical), or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience as a quality, reliability or product engineer.
- Experience with Battery/UPS, DC-DC module and PCB assembly technologies.
- Ability to travel as required (15%-20%).
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in Engineering.
- 8 years of experience in Quality/Reliability, Battery/UPS and PCBA manufacturing process.
- 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities- Implement Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies while partnering with teams to foster their expertise in applying these tools and principles to analyze and resolve failures. Lead the resolution of critical fleet and factory issues by guiding suppliers through RCCA, Failure Analysis (FA), and 8D workflows.
- Drive process design, optimization, and qualification activities of a manufacturing process for a component, part, or product.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives during NPI phases to ensure the technical and operational readiness of the Battery/UPS for mass production.
- Partner with design, manufacturing, and commodity teams as the subject matter expert on qualifying and scaling Battery/UPS technologies.
- Develop and implement advanced quality plans and process controls (FMEA, DOE, Cpk, etc.) to proactively identify and mitigate risks in the Battery/UPS and PCBA supply chain.
