Your Role, Your Impact
  • Develop and implement scalable manufacturing processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and ensure seamless production transitions.
  • Drive process reliability through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Innovate by introducing automation and digital tools to enhance production performance.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across teams to foster a culture of operational excellence.


You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in engineering, quality, and production environments.
  • Experience related to supplier quality, supplier development, vendor quality, or vendor development functions is desirable.
  • Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D problem solving and root cause analysis.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time to supplier sites, primarily within the United States, with limited travel to Mexico.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with four onsite days per week and one remote workday
  • Experience with process simulation tools such as AutoCAD or Siemens Tecnomatix.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems like ISO 9001 and PFMEA.
  • Ability to analyze production data using statistical process control (SPC) methods.
  • Green Belt certification or demonstrated problem-solving expertise - desired.
