Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of manufacturing and production experience
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
• Expert-level MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Experience working with sub-tier suppliers
• Strong independence in managing new supplier relationships
• Project planning and coordination experience across multiple sectors
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead visits at supplier sites to analyze performance issues and coordinate improvement strategies
• Expedite critical parts at suppliers to eliminate production disruptions
• Work with suppliers to establish and follow up on back to purchase order plans
• Align with internal stakeholders and manage supplier interventions
• Identify opportunities for supplier improvement and risk mitigation
• Drive execution of performance improvement plans with collaboration from partners
• Create supplier development plans focused on quality, delivery, and capacity
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage escalations.
