QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in facilities maintenance, construction management, engineering technician work, or public works operations. Experience leading or supervising personnel involved in maintenance, repair, construction, or engineering support functions. Experience preparing technical specifications, scopes of work, cost estimates, or contract-related documentation.
Ability to oversee contractor operations and evaluate completed work for quality and compliance. Knowledge of industrial, commercial, utility, and residential maintenance systems and procedures. Proficiency using computer systems, spreadsheets, databases, and maintenance tracking systems. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing..
