Estimated annual base pay: $85,000(minimum) - $110,000(midpoint) - $136,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure the seamless flow of goods through the supply chain.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the supply chain team, providing training and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and prepare accurate reports for management review.
Key Skills:- Leadership and Team Management: Effectively leads and motivates the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals and maintain high-performance standards.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Quickly identifies supply chain challenges and makes informed decisions to resolve issues and maintain continuity.
- Inventory Management: Experience in overseeing inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet demand without excessive surplus.
- Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain operations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilizes data analysis tools to monitor supply chain performance, generate reports, and support informed decision making.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Manages relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable supply, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues.
- Communication Skills: Communicates effectively with team members, other departments, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth supply chain operations.
- Risk Management: Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies, and ensures business continuity.
- Technical Proficiency in Supply Chain Software: Demonstrates proficiency in using supply chain management software and other relevant technologies to manage operations.
- Financial Acumen: Understands and manages supply chain budgets, cost analysis, and financial reporting to support the organization's financial health.
Successful Candidates Typically Have:- Government contract familiarity preferred
- Project management familiarity preferred
- SAP/4HANA experience preferred
