Full Job Description

Estimated annual base pay: $85,000(minimum) - $110,000(midpoint) - $136,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure the seamless flow of goods through the supply chain.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the supply chain team, providing training and support to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and prepare accurate reports for management review.

  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Quickly identifies supply chain challenges and makes informed decisions to resolve issues and maintain continuity.

  • Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain operations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilizes data analysis tools to monitor supply chain performance, generate reports, and support informed decision making.
  • Vendor and Supplier Relations: Manages relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable supply, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues.
  • Communication Skills: Communicates effectively with team members, other departments, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth supply chain operations.
  • Risk Management: Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies, and ensures business continuity.
  • Technical Proficiency in Supply Chain Software: Demonstrates proficiency in using supply chain management software and other relevant technologies to manage operations.
  • Financial Acumen: Understands and manages supply chain budgets, cost analysis, and financial reporting to support the organization's financial health.


Successful Candidates Typically Have:
  • Government contract familiarity preferred
  • Project management familiarity preferred
  • SAP/4HANA experience preferred
