Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated MRI Supervisor to lead daily patient care operations across our Cherry Hill and First Hill campuses. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless workflow, high-quality imaging services, and an exceptional patient experience. You'll guide and optimize technical and support staff, promote efficient use of resources, and serve as a key liaison between radiologists, staff, and leadership.
This position calls for a strong communicator with an in-depth understanding of MRI processes, protocols, and procedures within a complex medical center environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for effective coordination and execution of daily patient care activities in MRI at Cherry Hill & First Hill.
- Accountable for optimization of technical and support staff as well as facilitating good stewardship of resources.
- Functions as liaison with the radiologists, staff, and leadership.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of processes, protocols, and procedures relating to MRI services throughout the medical center.
Required Qualifications: - Completion of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Upon Hire:
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists --or--
- National Registered Technologist - Mammography --or--
- National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
- 2 years of experience as a CT and/or MRI Technologist
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree
- Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire
- Prior supervisory/lead technologist experience
