Job Summary: Plan, organize, and supervise staff assigned to implement and maintain organization-wide integrated data systems including networks and software applications operating on various platforms.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, and supervises staff for the implementation and maintenance of integrated data systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Oversees organization-wide IT infrastructure, ensures seamless operation on various platforms.
  • Safeguards compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated and efficient data systems.
  • Provides strategic direction for IT initiatives and technological advancements.
  • Monitors and optimizes network performance to meet organizational objectives.
  • Stays current with industry trends and recommends technology upgrades as needed.


Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Programs, IT Systems, or related field. Advanced or Master's degree in related field preferred. 6 years' experience in IT Management or related position. 8+ years' experience preferred. Certifications in big data analytics or coding programs such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is a plus.
