As a Deal Analytics Supervisor, you will assist in project scoping and strategic planning, research and analyze business strategies, and develop insightful analyses. You will design data integration workflows, execute various data and analytic techniques, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to present findings and prepare client deliverables. Additionally, you should possess strong financial and business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and solve business problems creatively.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists in project scoping and strategic planning for deal analytics engagements.
- Researches and analyzes business and financial data to develop insights aligned to transaction objectives.
- Oversees execution of analytical workflows and supports development of client deliverables.
- Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex analytical questions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical findings into deal insights.
- Supports coaching and review of junior team members' work.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting M&A or transaction-related analytics engagements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $101,000 - $203,000
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
