Supervisor / Contract Director (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Supervisor/Contract Director to lead day to day performance and service delivery for the MGSS Program. This role oversees partner execution across support and logistics functions, ensuring high quality, timely, and customer focused operations. The Supervisor/Contract Director works under the direction of senior CGI leadership and collaborates closely with the government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
This is a 30 hour weekly schedule.
Work Location
. 100% onsite at the client site in Quantico, VA (not remote/hybrid)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead and coordinate the support services required under the contract to meet performance standards and customer expectations.
. Partner with the COR by recommending updates to operating guidelines and instructions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
. Ensure adequate staffing, coverage, and resource planning to accomplish required work.
. Use logistics and asset management expertise to identify process improvements and deliver innovative efficiencies.
. Oversee data collection for productivity and performance reporting; conduct internal surveys as needed.
. Resolve day to day operational issues and service concerns; prepare timely written responses to service complaints received from the COR within required timeframes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 5+ years of supervisory experience in time sensitive, service oriented operations.
. At least 3 years of managing service activity in a logistics environment comparable in scope/complexity to the MGSS Program.
. Strong knowledge of administrative support services, business operations, and human resources practices.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, professional responses and reports.
. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and drive results.
Clearance & Physical Requirements
. Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $56,600.00 $139,300.00.
