INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Supervisor, Classification, is responsible for leading the division's job classification and market analysis functions. This role ensures that all positions are appropriately classified, internally equitable, and externally competitive. The incumbent manages the development and maintenance of job descriptions, oversees market benchmarking, and supports strategic compensation decisions aligned with organizational goals. A key responsibility of this role is to lead the division's job architecture initiative, which involves designing and implementing a comprehensive framework for job families, career paths, and classification structures across the organization. This position also ensures compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations.

Job Description

SALARY:

FY26 Grade 17: $110,944 - $179,842 per year (competitive benefits)

This position is effective July 1, 2026. Annualized compensation will be published upon approval of the FY27 salary scales and will reflect amounts for Steps 1-20.
