  • Lead efforts to design and implement automated employee journeys for key HR transactions (e.g., onboarding, job changes, offboarding), partnering with technology teams to leverage workflow and self-service platforms.
  • Execute a self-service strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with user needs.
  • Drive adoption of digital self-service tools through effective change management, communication, and training.
  1. HR Service Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure seamless handoff of processes, documentation, and responsibilities, leveraging automation where possible.
  • Develop and execute change management and communication plans to support successful transitions.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to impacted HR teams and stakeholders.
  1. Data Analysis and Insights
  • Analyze operational data, performance metrics, and process outputs to inform modernization and optimization strategies.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders on opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve service quality.
  • Partner with analytics teams to expand and mature HRRC data capabilities.
