The RoleThis role supports the analytics function for a large, complex, multi-product portfolio client, focusing on executing measurement initiatives and delivering actionable insights.
The Supervisor is responsible for implementing analytics frameworks, supporting testing programs, and translating data into clear reporting and insights that inform day-to-day optimization decisions.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesMeasurement Execution & Analytics- Execute components of a full-funnel measurement approach aligned to business objectives
- Support implementation of test-and-learn programs including incrementality testing and experimentation
- Assist in maintaining measurement roadmaps and learning agendas
- Apply foundational statistical concepts such as confidence intervals and trend analysis
- Analyze campaign performance across attribution, brand lift, and MMM outputs
- Translate data into actionable insights
Partner & Measurement Support- Support coordination with measurement and data partners
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and reporting outputs
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Help validate outputs and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Maintain documentation of inputs and assumptions
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership- Collaborate with strategy, investment, and activation teams
- Partner with BI and data teams on reporting
- Manage, mentor and train Analyst on team
Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics
- Experience with reporting and dashboards
- Familiarity with SQL Tableau, or Power BI
- Comfort with analyses like A/B testing, hypothesis testing, p-value, causal inference, MMM models, incrementality testing
- Understanding of MMM, attribution, and brand lift would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Strong initiative and ability to stay on task
$90,000 - $100,000 a year
Salary and BenefitsActual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
