What will you do?
Develop your skills and reach your potential by being a part of an exceptional team of professionals, committing to stepping outside your comfort zone, and learning this sector of the automotive industry.
Provide leadership and strategic direction to team of 11 Accounts Payable administrators that process more than CAD$1.34B of payments each year.
P&L responsibility of over CAD$30mm and integral member of a key revenue-generating department, as Holman is a business-to-business service provider.
Coach and develop high-performers to take on more responsibility and new roles throughout the organization.
Analyze and provide ad hoc reporting for Management, as required.
Work closely with IT to implement additional revenue-generators and departmental efficiencies.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
Assist with audit requests and testing procedures.
Relationship management with ARI’s key network of vendor partners.
Develop and maintain the appropriate controls to ensure that payments are made accurately and that there are no duplicate payments.
What are we looking for?
Excellent people, leadership, and communications skills.
Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma in Accounting or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
3+ year’s relevant experience with a proven track record of strong team leadership

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $99,490.00 - $141,770.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
