  • Analyze data and generate ad hoc reports for management as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with IT to improve efficiencies and enhance revenue operations.
  • Ensure accurate processing of payments and compliance with financial controls.
  • Manage relationships with key vendor partners in ARI’s network.

Holman has an outstanding opportunity for Supervisor, Accounts Payable  

What will you do?

  • Develop your skills and reach your potential by being a part of an exceptional team of professionals, committing to stepping outside your comfort zone, and learning this sector of the automotive industry. 

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to team of 11 Accounts Payable administrators that process more than CAD$1.34B of payments each year.

  • P&L responsibility of over CAD$30mm and integral member of a key revenue-generating department, as Holman is a business-to-business service provider.

  • Coach and develop high-performers to take on more responsibility and new roles throughout the organization.

  • Analyze and provide ad hoc reporting for Management, as required.

  • Work closely with IT to implement additional revenue-generators and departmental efficiencies.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.

  • Assist with audit requests and testing procedures.

  • Relationship management with ARI’s key network of vendor partners.

  • Develop and maintain the appropriate controls to ensure that payments are made accurately and that there are no duplicate payments.

  • 3+ year’s relevant experience with a proven track record of strong team leadership

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $99,490.00 - $141,770.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
