What you will enjoy doing*- You will lead all manufacturing and operational activities for the Taylor Air Separation Plants, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance while achieving business objectives
- Direct, develop, and support plant teams by setting goals, promoting accountability, delegating responsibilities, providing coaching and performance management, and driving operational excellence
- Create and execute operational plans, priorities, process improvements, and productivity initiatives that optimize plant performance, reliability, and product supply
- Lead complex and cross-functional projects, serving as the primary interface between Operations and other departments, businesses, and functions to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Further, you will collaborate with senior and executive leadership on strategic initiatives, operational challenges, response strategies, and long-term business objectives
- Monitor operational trends, develop procedures, implement organizational improvements, and make decisions that support business growth and performance
- Ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, permitting, product quality, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of operational discipline and safety excellence
- And you will lead Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives while managing plant fixed and variable costs, monitoring financial performance, and developing action plans to address deficiencies
- Partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to build a cohesive management team and achieve operational, financial, and organizational goals
What makes you great - You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
- Minimum two (2) years of operations experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial gas, chemical, or related industrial environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational activities, drive project execution, and manage both strategic and tactical initiatives
- Proven leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- You have strong focus on reliability, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and achieving business objectives
- Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive operational performance and accountability
