What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will lead all manufacturing and operational activities for the Taylor Air Separation Plants, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance while achieving business objectives
  • Direct, develop, and support plant teams by setting goals, promoting accountability, delegating responsibilities, providing coaching and performance management, and driving operational excellence
  • Create and execute operational plans, priorities, process improvements, and productivity initiatives that optimize plant performance, reliability, and product supply
  • Lead complex and cross-functional projects, serving as the primary interface between Operations and other departments, businesses, and functions to ensure alignment and successful execution
  • Further, you will collaborate with senior and executive leadership on strategic initiatives, operational challenges, response strategies, and long-term business objectives
  • Monitor operational trends, develop procedures, implement organizational improvements, and make decisions that support business growth and performance
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, permitting, product quality, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of operational discipline and safety excellence
  • And you will lead Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives while managing plant fixed and variable costs, monitoring financial performance, and developing action plans to address deficiencies
  • Partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to build a cohesive management team and achieve operational, financial, and organizational goals
