Job Description Summary

LAMB WESTON ONLY. Accountable for managing plant production activities across multiple shifts and/or departments to produce products that meet established quality, customer service, safety, innovation and cost metrics consistent with schedules and policies. Implements standard work and maintains improvement through sustaining behaviors, operating with discipline and rigor, implementing autonomous maintenance. Oversees the production of quality products to fulfill customer requirements. Controls and effectively utilizes the production capacity, manpower and equipment and outside resources through planning, organizing and scheduling to minimize losses; works within the framework of the budget to optimize company profitability. 5 years related experience.

Job Description

  • Oversee all shift activities

  • Responsible for pre-op inspections, USDA coordination, HAACP, and pre-operative SSOP program

  • Develop cleaning procedures and time standards


  • Responsible/ accountable in identifying/correcting potential safety risks


  • Minimize chemical and water usage


  • Monitor shift employee relations


Basic & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree


  • 3-5 years related experience or training


  • Knowledge of Microbiology, Food Science or Chemistry


  • CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred


  • Understanding of various chemicals and sanitation procedures
