The MissionThe MEP systems are the heartbeat of any structure. As our MEP Superintendent, you aren't just "monitoring installations"-you are the primary strategist ensuring our most complex systems are delivered with precision. From initial breaking of ground to the final commissioning of hospitality venues, you ensure that quality, safety, and budget aren't just met, but mastered.
The Impact You'll Make- Orchestrate Excellence: Lead, schedule, and inspire subcontractors to perform at their peak while eliminating rework before it happens.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Use your expertise in "Value Engineering" to recommend smarter, more efficient construction methods to the Project Manager.
- Operational Integrity: Own the site's safety culture by enforcing OSHA standards and leading weekly safety huddles that actually matter.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the flow of materials and authorize vendor payments, ensuring the project remains lean and productive.
- The Liaison: Serve as the vital link between Ownership and the boots on the ground, making high-stakes decisions with confidence.
A Day in the Life- Morning: Conduct on-site walk-throughs to verify the quality of MEP installations and lead a coordination meeting with HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing subs.
- Afternoon: Review design specifications against local building codes, troubleshoot a conflict between low-voltage and fire safety layouts, and update production reports.
- Wrap-up: Verify material deliveries for tomorrow's milestones and ensure the site is secured and compliant with our safety standards.
