Full Job Description
Keeley Construction in Phoenix AZ is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing overall project safety management and compliance with the applicable company safety expectations, rules, and regulations.
  • Responsible for overall success and management of all assigned projects.
  • Confer with Preconstruction Services during the preparation of estimates regarding methods, systems, schedule, and general conditions.
  • Lead and oversee field meetings including safety, coordination, and schedule meetings.
  • Enforce compliance with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules and client requirements.
  • Document all violations, notify Project Management personnel, and recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
  • Provide performance feedback for project team members.
  • Manage the coordination of onsite subcontractors and their work.
  • Provide technical assistance, interpretation of drawings, and recommendation of construction methods and equipment installation.
  • Support Project Management Personnel with overseeing and directing construction progress tracking and forecasting.
  • Read, interpret, and understand controls and instrumentation drawings, specification, and commercial documents.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years' related experience with large scale commercial or industrial construction project operations required such as level one, clean room experience.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • OSHA 30-hour Card,
  • Proficient knowledge of Procore,
