Superintendent - Heavy Civil
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Relocation Assistance Available
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 (DOE)

This position is for a medium size heavy civil construction company. They do roadway, parks, water wastewater and bridge projects.

We are seeking a Superintendent with at least 10 years of experience in parks or stadium projects, including a minimum of 7 years in roadway and underground wet utilities.
  • Review project plans, specifications, estimates, and documents before work begins
  • Perform take-offs, identify conflicts, and provide input on schedule, labor, and equipment needs
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers; track lead times and approvals
  • Manage change orders, documentation, permits, utilities, and site logistics
  • Oversee safety, traffic control, drainage, and quality control throughout the project
  • Maintain daily logs, cost reports, as-builts, pay estimates, and final close-out documentation
  • Supervise and support Foremen, subcontractors, and workforce hiring/termination
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
