Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industry experience in project management
• Strong understanding of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) standards, particularly ASCE 38-22
• Proven track record of managing project budgets and timelines
• Skilled in CAD, GIS, and utility data management tools
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead all SUE projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and cost management
• Prepare and oversee project proposals, contracts, budgets, and schedules
• Authenticate and seal necessary project documents such as plats and field notes
• Manage staff allocations and resources across multiple projects
• Build and maintain client relationships while seeking new business avenues
• Deliver project updates and technical reports to clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate execution with sub-consultants, partners, and internal teams
• Track and report on project financials, including accounts receivable and billing processes
