Full Job Description
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where operational excellence, vehicle launch readiness, and customer experience are critical to business success? Are you passionate about leading global teams, solving complex platform challenges, and using AI to transform how operations are delivered at scale?

Stellantis is seeking a Subscription Operations and Vehicle Launch Lead to lead subscription operations across global markets while ensuring subscription readiness for new vehicle launches in North America and beyond. This is a hands-on leadership role with two primary focus areas: enabling successful vehicle launches from the subscription and connected services perspective, and leading the global subscription operations team with a strong focus on automation, AI-driven triage, and operational efficiency.

For every new connected vehicle launch, subscription capability is a critical dependency. Without the ability to subscribe to connected services, downstream testing, validation, and customer experience readiness can be blocked early in the program lifecycle. This role will ensure subscription products, eligibility, activation flows, operational support processes, testing readiness, and issue resolution are in place to support a growing number of vehicle launches.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader, hands-on operator, and strategic problem solver who can partner across Product, Engineering, Program Management, Customer Care, Commercial, Finance, and regional teams. This role will also champion the use of AI to reduce manual operational workload, accelerate issue triage, improve root cause identification, and enable scalable operations without requiring large increases in team size.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead subscription readiness for new vehicle launches, ensuring connected service subscriptions can be tested, validated, activated, purchased, and supported before launch milestones.
  • Serve as the primary subscription operations lead for vehicle launch programs, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Program Management, Testing, Commercial, Customer Care, Finance, and regional market teams.
  • Identify and remove early program blockers related to subscription eligibility, product configuration, pricing, activation, trial setup, payment flows, account association, entitlement, and service provisioning.
  • Build and manage launch readiness plans for subscription operations, including pre-launch testing, defect triage, operational validation, market readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Lead the global subscription operations team, providing direction, coaching, prioritization, and accountability across day-to-day operations and launch support activities.
  • Own operational performance across subscription platforms and connected service journeys, including incident management, issue triage, escalation management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor launch readiness, subscription health, defect trends, customer impact, entitlement status, activation success, and time-to-resolution.
  • Drive cross-functional issue resolution by partnering with engineering, product, support, and business teams to ensure subscription-related defects are understood, prioritized, and resolved.
  • Introduce and scale AI-enabled operational capabilities to accelerate problem triage, reduce manual analysis, identify recurring issue patterns, recommend next-best actions, and improve resolution speed.
  • Develop automation strategies that reduce the need for large operations teams by improving self-service diagnostics, intelligent routing, knowledge management, and operational workflow efficiency.
  • Standardize global subscription operations processes while allowing for regional market requirements, regulatory differences, and launch-specific needs.
  • Represent the voice of subscription operations in product planning, vehicle launch governance, retrospectives, and executive-level readiness reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational friction, improve customer experience, increase launch predictability, and improve platform scalability.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, digital product operations, technical program management, incident management, connected services, subscription platforms, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional operational activities in a complex digital platform environment.
  • Experience supporting product launches, vehicle launches, connected services launches, or large-scale digital platform releases.
  • Strong understanding of subscription operations, including product configuration, eligibility, activation, entitlement, billing coordination, customer support, issue management, and service readiness.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading global or distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, define corrective actions, and drive resolution across multiple teams.
  • Experience with operational tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, Elastic/Kibana, Power BI, Datadog, or similar incident management, monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to clearly communicate risks, blockers, operational status, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities, tight launch timelines, and high business impact.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a focus on improving the end-to-end subscription and connected services experience.
  • Familiarity with modern software delivery practices, including Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, release management, defect triage, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or a related field.
