Number of Beds: 10 Labor and Delivery Suites, 4 obstetrical emergency beds, 2 operating rooms, 2 PACU beds, 5 high risk antepartum beds.

Job SummaryRegistered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, and fulfills the organization's priorities. This enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.
This is considered a leadership position and a liaison between clinical staff and Management.Essential Functions of the Role- You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.
- You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes.
- You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.
