As an Account Executive within SSIM's Global Client Coverage Group you will be responsible for building and retaining relationships with OCIO, Variable Annuity Insurance and Asset Manager firms. You will also be part of, and collaborate with, a talented team of Consultant Liaisons and Defined Contribution Intermediary Regional Consultants responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with field consultants. You will report to the Head of US Subadvisory within the Client Coverage Group.
Requirements:- A minimum 10-12 years of experience in a Sales/Relationship Management role with an Asset Management firm
- Established network with key decision makers and influencers within the OCIO, Annuity Insurance and Asset Manager channels within Subadvisory
- Proficient in cold calling and comfortable networking your way into firms where SSIM does not have a relationship
- To own the client experience, focusing on growing market share and business retention
- A proficiency in navigating complex client relationships in an effort to establish connectivity with all decision makers and influencers across the enterprise
- The ability to think commercially, but always with the partner's business model in mind so as to create solutions meaningful to their unique business requirements
- To demonstrate and effectively reinforce with internal and external partners, the importance of consistent accountability and ownership around achieving our goals
- Strong organizational, project planning and execution skills
- Comprehension of firm capabilities and services to deliver solutions supporting client goals
- The ability to lead, prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives
- The ability to form and cultivate positive relationships with both clients and internal partners
These skills will help you succeed in this role- This role will focus primarily on capturing SSIM's share of the rapid growth in the OCIO channel, making In depth knowledge of OCIO firms and each OCIOs business model critical

Education & Preferred Qualifications- BS or BA required; CIMA or CFA preferred
- Series 7 and 63 required
Salary Range: $110,000 - $188,750 Annual
