Role Description & ResponsibilitiesThe SIMULIA R&D Structural Scenario team is seeking a motivated AI Software Engineer to help build and deploy Leo, our AI engineering assistant, within the 3DX structural simulation applications. - Deploy and integrate Leo and other agentic AI assistants built on LLMs and machine learning technologies
- Turn manual simulation setup steps into automated, prompt-driven execution tasks
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate new technologies and approaches
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that address user and business needs
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code and related tooling, while participating in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts
- Analyze application performance, user feedback, and usage metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to software quality and operational excellence
Qualifications- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering with education in AI
- Programming experience with familiarity with Python and/or C++

Compensation & BenefitsDassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $110000 and $135000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
