Structural Engineer (Hybrid)

Under the supervision of an experienced and committed Senior Engineer, this is an opportunity to build on your well-established technical skills, develop as a Professional Engineer, invest in others, and drive project success, delivering value to our clients and propelling our company.

Your role:

Under the direction of a Senior Engineer you will:
  • Utilize your problem solving ability, well-established technical skills, and knowledge of engineering fundamentals to develop quality design solutions in a team setting.
  • Fill a central role in efficient team production of high-quality design documents including calculations, drawings and specifications.
  • Deliver value to design team and clients through your expanding technical capabilities, multi-discipline coordination, document review, and assistance with training.
  • Undertake increasingly complex design tasks and responsibilities with a commitment to continuous learning, professional development and client service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal teammates, and collaborate on design decisions within your area of experience.
  • Perform construction phase site observations and prepare reports to support our projects and gain valuable experience.
  • Potential 5% travel to construction job sites.

Your resume must include:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with structural engineering emphasis.
  • 5+ Years of experience; PE preferred
  • MS, Engineering considered a plus


Starting Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
