The Opportunity

As a Structural Project Engineer / Project Manager, you'll play a key role on a collaborative, technically excellent structural engineering team. You'll lead projects through all phases conceptual design, detailed analysis, construction documentation, and coordination-while working closely with architects, consultants, and clients.

This is more than a production role. You'll:
  • Shape structural solutions for complex, non-prescriptive buildings
  • Lead and mentor engineers
  • Guide performance-based design and peer review processes
  • Have a real voice in project direction and delivery

You'll be trusted with responsibility, supported by experienced colleagues, and given room to grow technically and professionally.

Work Environment & Travel

Compensation & Benefits
  • $110,000 - $150,000 base salary, depending on experience
