Superintendent with experience in
Structural Concrete for multifamily construction. You will assist with onsite field administration, supervision, and technical management for Structural Concrete construction operations including direct supervision of the Concrete and Reinforcing Steel Subcontractors.

Work on this project:Bundy- (3) separate adjacent residential podiums built concurrently.
- located in Los Angeles along Bundy Drive at the Expo/ Bundy train station and the Santa Monica (10) Freeway
- 3 podiums, 8 floors of residential will be constructed (3 stories Type I below 5 stories Type III) over 2 levels of below-grade garage; 276,744 total SF of parking garage
- 621 residential units.
- High-end Amenities along with lobby, leasing, fitness, and Clubhouse.
- 535 SF retail space at the prominent corner of Expo and Bundy.
- Elevated courtyards, with pools
What you'll do: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management/supervision of assigned construction activities. This responsibility includes managing an internal team, as well as third-party vendors and contractors who have been selected to support the company in the assigned development or redevelopment activities and efforts.
- Responsible for scheduling, quality control, and trade oversight with a focus on Structural Concrete, Reinforcing Steel, and Post Tensioning.
- Be responsible for the safety conditions onsite as well as ensuring compliance with all OSHA and local safety regulations
- Manage the activities of multiple Subcontractors
- Follow established guidelines and procedures to increase communication and overall efficiency
- Participate in the planning process by providing scheduling, constructability reviews, and logistical information
- Monitor and document progress on construction schedule
- Monitor and document quality control requirements
- Perform onsite inspections to ensure standards are met and construction adheres to plans and specifications
- Track and monitor construction progress through site reports
- Ensure positive coordination and liaison between Subcontractors and our team.
- Attend work as scheduled to support the ongoing success of the company
- Other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned
Bonus Qualifications:- Ability to effectively apply verbal and written communication skills across multiple audiences
- Flexible to change, able to wear many hats as needed on an active construction site
- Multifamily, Podium construction experience
Managing Others:- Demonstrating effective management, leadership, and coaching of assigned Subcontractors to achieve company and department goals and objectives
- Ensuring goals and objectives are established for assigned Subcontractors within designated timeframes
- Conducting regular coordination meetings with assigned Subcontractors
What you'll bring:- 10+ years' experience in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years' experience in Structural Concrete as a Carpenter Foreman or Superintendent
- 1+ years' experience managing others
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field desirable but not mandatory
- Working computer knowledge: Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail
- Working knowledge of construction and project management software
- Possession of minimum OSHA 30-hour in the past three years and current First Aid and CPR training
- Must be able to pass a drug screen after a conditional offer of employment is made

The base salary range for this position is
$140,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and skill set. The Company provides this compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that, in good faith, it believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. Total compensation for this role also includes a
bonus incentive in addition to the base salary. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law
