Marsh. This role will be based in
Urbendale and offers a
hybrid work arrangement.
As a
Project Manager, you will provide high-caliber insurance advisory and contracting support to the Senior Advisor & Contracting Leader - Digital Infrastructure, enabling timely, market-leading contracting, risk-allocation, and project development advice to clients across data centers, fiber, towers, edge, and related technology-enabled infrastructure. This role is client-facing at times, internally collaborative, and requires the ability to operate with discretion and sound commercial judgment. The successful candidate will work directly with the Senior Advisor & Contracting Leader.
We will count on you to:- Serve as direct support to the Senior Advisor & Contracting Leader, acting as a right hand on day-to-day matters - managing priorities, maintaining action items, and ensuring timely follow-through on client deliverables.
- Serve as primary coordinator for ongoing client and prospect project work, including knowledge management and preparation.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements, document automation, and templates that reduce time-to-delivery for client work.
- Handle confidential materials with high discretion; interact professionally with senior Marsh leaders, external advisors, and clients on behalf of the Senior Advisor & Contracting Leader.
- Coordinate connectivity between Marsh's Digital Infrastructure contracting practice and Advisory services to expand the value proposition and accelerate growth.
What you need to have:- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-6 years of experience in project management or advisory support.
- Direct experience with infrastructure contracts (construction/EPC, O&M, leases, MSAs, colocation/fiber/tower agreements); familiarity with insurance provisions strongly preferred.
- Strong drafting and summarization skills.
- Strong organization, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, commercial awareness, and professional discretion with confidential client information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact credibly with senior Marsh leaders, clients, and external advisors.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $75,300 to $160,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
