Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Develop and maintain sales and ops analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or other BI solutions.
  • Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
  • Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization
  • Work with business leaders on implementing sales activities as needed with some oversight.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
