Role OverviewAs a member of the Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll be the connective tissue across Farsight: translating ideas into execution across product, engineering, customer success, and leadership.
You'll partner closely with engineers to help design and shape new product lines. You'll work hand-in-hand with customers - from onboarding to advanced workflow design - ensuring each client is successful and fully activated. You'll help define platform direction, prioritize features, and operationalize strategic initiatives. This is a
high-leverage, multi-disciplinary role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to directly shape a category-defining company.
We are entirely based in Manhattan, New York City, and are in-person 4 days a week (except Fridays, which are remote).
Key Responsibilities- Partner with engineering to scope, test, and launch net-new features and workflows.
- Serve as a hands-on advisor to strategic customers, guiding onboarding, product setup, and early use-case design.
- Work directly with users to build and deploy customized workflows using Farsight's platform.
- Gather feedback and frontline insights to help shape product roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across the whole organization.
- Help build internal systems and playbooks to scale operations as the company grows.
- Contribute to go-to-market motion by translating platform capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives.
Who You Are- 2 - 4 years of experience in a high-velocity, high-expectation environment (preferably investment banking, consulting, or PE ops).
- Deep comfort working across functions with high ambiguity
- Strong communication and project management skills - you're able to turn ambiguity into action.
- Scrappy and entrepreneurial: you're willing to figure things out without a playbook.
- Analytical thinker who's excited to work with technical teams and complex products.
- Obsessed with quality. You're not satisfied until things work and scale.
- NYC-based and able to work onsite as needed.
Nice-to-Have- Experience / interest in enterprise SaaS, B2B AI platforms, or fintech/financial services
- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, CRMs, and data room platforms
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineers
Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $130,000 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
