Job Description

Job Title: Strategy Manager

Working Pattern: Hybrid/Onsite in office 3 days/week

Working location: Washington, DC or Indianapolis, IN

Relocation is not available for this position

Position Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, curious and business minded individual to join our Corporate Strategy team in either our Washington, DC HQ or our Indianapolis hub. The Strategy team works closely with senior leadership and is trusted to solve complex problems that will have an impact on the strategic direction of the business. This individual will lead various project types including market assessments, portfolio analysis, and competitive intelligence.

What you will be doing:

Here you’ll have the opportunity to work on the following interesting projects:

  • Lead development of vision and strategies; ensure alignment with group and functional strategies
  • Lead industry, customer, competitor, partner and/or supplier research to provide appropriate analysis and insight
  • Use the art and science of strategy to solve complex business problems
  • Lead communication and engagement on vision and strategy
  • Ensure an effective process for identification of opportunities and threats and strategic response
  • Support development of formal recommendations to senior levels of company leadership

Who we’re looking for:

Basic Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience, OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, OR
  • Master’s degree with 3 years of experience, OR
  • JD/PhD, OR
  • 9+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • In order to be considered for this role, you must be a US Citizen

Preferred:

  • Understanding of the autonomous aircraft market
  • Aerospace and Defense industry experience
  • Previous corporate strategy experience
