Summary:

Archwell Capital is seeking a Strategy & Finance Associate to join our team based in Radnor, PA. This is a high-visibility, executive-facing role for a sharp, driven professional with a background in investment banking or management consulting, ready to take on mission-critical projects that tackle some of Archwell Capital's toughest strategic questions.The Associate will rotate across key strategic priorities for Archwell Capital and its family of operating companies, building financial models, developing strategic recommendations, preparing executive-level presentations, and helping ensure momentum on the initiatives that matter most to leadership.

This role offers direct, regular exposure to Archwell Capital's executive leadership team, whose members lead functions spanning operations, real estate, sports investment, finance, and strategy. The Associate will be trusted to represent findings, drive analysis, and help move projects forward, working closely with senior executives across the organization.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluation, and business planning across Archwell Capital and its operating companies.
  • Rotate across a portfolio of key strategic projects, adapting quickly to new business contexts and priorities.
  • Support the development of corporate strategy, including market analysis, competitive research, and evaluation of new business opportunities.
  • Track progress on active initiatives, flag risks or delays, and help keep cross-functional projects moving toward key milestones.
  • Create polished, executive-ready presentations and materials that synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Support M&A activity as needed, including diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
  • Partner with Archwell Capital's executive leadership across operations, real estate, sports investment, strategy, and finance to gather information, align on priorities, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments across Archwell Capital's businesses to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Present findings and recommendations directly to senior and executive leadership.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and shift between projects with limited ramp-up time.

Education and/or Experience/Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential functionsatisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting, at the Senior Analyst or Associate level.
  • Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or progress toward an MBA is a plus for more senior candidates, but is not required.
  • Background in financial services, particularly mortgage or mortgage-adjacent industries, is a plus, though not required.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and proficiency in Excel; comfort building models from scratch.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to translate analysis into clear, executive-level storytelling.
  • Excellent business judgment with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to a recommendation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with senior executives.
  • A track record of ownership and follow-through, with the ability to keep projects on track with minimal oversight.
  • Comfort operating across multiple businesses and industries, with genuine intellectual curiosity.
  • Willingness to work from Archwell Capital's Radnor, PA office four days per week.
