Take on the company's hardest, highest-stakes decisions end-to-end - framing the question, gathering the evidence, making the call, and standing behind the tradeoffs.
Act as the CEO's thought partner / trusted advisor on the calls that matter most, and earn the trust to make more of them over time.
Turn messy, ambiguous problems into clear direction the team can move on.
Get close to customers and the market, and turn what you learn into sharper decisions.
Bring rigor: use data, first-principles reasoning, and clear written argument to drive decisions rather than opinion or consensus.
