Position OverviewAs a Strategy and Planning Advisor Senior within PNC's Human Resource organization, you will be based in Downers Grove, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; Cleveland, OH; Atlanta, GA and Dallas or Houston TX.
We are seeking a senior HR professional to serve as the executive sponsor’s key partner for all HR-related M&A activity. This role will be a highly visible, hands-on position responsible for shaping our HR M&A strategy, leading cross-functional readiness efforts, and ensuring our organization is prepared to execute transactions of varying size and complexity.
This individual will not manage a direct team but will play a pivotal role in leading through influence — driving alignment across HR Centers of Excellence, building repeatable frameworks, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.

Job Description- Drives specific strategic enterprise planning initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development.
- Provides advanced expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex enterprise and/or multiple line of businesses initiatives.
- Leads advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for more complex strategic initiatives.
- Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relative to the initiatives. Mentors and educates team members regarding advanced planning practices.
- Analyzes and recommends solutions for key enterprise initiatives. Develops structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decision makers within the company.
- Collaborates with the line of business to implement recommended strategic solutions.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $50,000.00 – $228,800.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
