Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience navigating ambiguity by distilling undefined issues into problem statements and exhibiting excellent judgment in challenging situations along with ability to own complex projects and datasets, manage project scoping, and drive operational excellence.
  • Experience driving a strategic narrative and influencing industry perception at major events and the ability to convey complex information verbally and in writing, establishing links between customer objectives and Google's business objectives.
  • Understanding of the customer and market landscape, and how brands leverage DemandGen.

The go-to-market operations (GTM) team, part of Google's Global Business Organization (GBO), ensures our complex and ever-evolving Google Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring execution and operations against that strategy. We have teams embedded in each of our major product areas as well as global teams that work across those business areas.

As part of the Product Go-to-Market (PGTM) team, you will partner with Google's business unit, Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS), which drives digital advertising growth for advertisers in the United States, Canada, and Latin America (LATAM). PGTM designs, builds, and drives product activation strategies that accelerate ALCS growth by providing a clear, unified focus on product priorities and growth opportunities. You will empower teams with resources and infrastructure to operate efficiently, collaborating with regional, global, and functional partners to bring the best of Google to ALCS.

In this role, you will partner with some of Google's largest advertisers, positioning the Americas to unlock new business opportunities through YouTube Demand Gen. You will manage priorities to accelerate the YouTube business in ALCS, specifically focusing on Demand Gen. Acting as the go-to strategy and operations lead, you will execute against the YouTube Demand Gen business for Americas ALCS. You will serve as a go-to resource, innovating new solutions to complex issues and partnering with stakeholders to ensure YouTube continues to grow.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Canada: $96000 - $98500 (CAD) 15% bonus target equity benefits
US: $100000 - $142000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Drive awareness, commercialization and activation of DemandGen across all ALCS anchored to key GBO business objectives and GTM Business Forecast Meetings (BFMs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), scaled Plays, Recommended Opportunities (rOpps) etc.
  • Collaborate on forums with sector-level video leads to ensure sector YouTube activation strategies are aligned to ALCS OKRs and BFMs, helping to track and report on progress towards annual goals, providing critical product updates and feedback programs.
  • Collaborate on training, events and author scaled communication to educate ALCS sellers on how to best activate new offerings with their customers.
  • Partner with Global Product Solutions (GPS) Leads (within GPS organization) and other cross-functional partners to drive future DemandGen product development, identify market-level feedback/product gaps, grow the communication efforts, define adoption OKRs, and establish value propositions.
