Minimum qualifications:

As a part of the Central gTech Strategy and Operations organization, you will be responsible for devising and enabling gTech's overall strategic and annual plans, analyzing metrics to drive business performance, and delivering high visibility strategic projects across gTech. In this role, you will require you to drive solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities for gTech. You will work cross-functionally with finance, vertical gTech teams, and sales operations on developing plans, and setting and monitoring gTech's performance against our business goals. You will have the opportunity to shape how we deliver customer care and drive efficiencies across a global operations team. You will "crunch the numbers", and also partner with stakeholders to think through strategic issues, and communicate effectively to drive significant strategic initiatives.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
  • Define problem statement and project scope to deliver against key business objectives with guidance, while executing components of a project plan and help deliver aspects of projects in a high-quality and timely manner.
  • Support data driven annual business planning process and annual goals by landing the business plan in partnership with all the stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to facilitate business judgement, market understanding, and fact-based analysis to identify, prioritize, and solve business problems.
  • Monitor and track metrics to ensure progress against business objectives, while building the processes and reporting needed to monitor performance against targets.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple sources and effectively communicate in a structured and compelling manner to surface actionable insights to help drive the business.
