Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

As a part of The YouTube Ads Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team, you will bridge the gap between YouTube Ads product teams and regional commercialization teams. Your mission is to fuel growth by scaling innovation to customers, creators, and viewers by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions.

US: $124000 - $178000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Drive hypothesis-driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators.
  • Develop GTM plans, execute communication documents, and lead experiments/trusted tester programs.
  • Establish operational excellence by setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and driving annual business planning.
  • Gather market intelligence and conduct analyses and modeling to develop insights and SQL-based dashboards.
  • Build actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
